In the morning of 15^th ,May, Mr. Xin Renzhou, Industrial Policy Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China added a report on The Interpretation of Latest Admittance Policy for China’s Ferroalloys Industry. Mr. Xin listed many favorable factors to ferro-alloys industry, such as that the rapid growth of 3^rd industry enhanced the demand for ferro-alloys, and government presented higher request of energy-saving and environmental protection.

There existed overcapacity in many industries, such as steel, cement, glass and shipbuilding. We will eliminate backward capacity and adjust industry structure in the next few years. We will eliminate 2.43million mt ferro-alloys this year.

Enterprises should merge and reorganize, in order to improve scale merit, especially in the ferroalloys industry.

We should formulate the new admittance system. Firstly, notice and introduce some enterprises met relevant conditions. Secondly, Adopt dynamic management for the enterprises, and present more requests for technical upgrading.
