Zamanco Minerals Limited has released its activities report for the period ended 30 June 2014.

The company’s Board decided to discontinue the proposed Serenje manganese project in Zambia, due to the general resources outlook and difficult operating environment. A structural wind down of the venture has begun and is expected to take three months, which will, on completion, leave approximately AUD3 million in the bank.

The company currently has AUD3.36 million cash on hand with no debt.

Zamanco Minerals is an ASX listed exploration company with manganese projects in Zambia.
