Japan’s fourth largest steel mill, Nisshin Steel has announced that the company planned to set up a joint venture with Taiwan stainless mill, Jie Jin Material Science Technology and Marubeni-Itochu Steel.

Taiwan Nisshin Precision Steel Co., Ltd. will be able to manufacture and sell the precision rolled stainless steel spring material and it expects to start production in September this year. 

Nisshin Steel pointed out that East Asia and Southeast Asia will continue expanding the market demand for high quality of precision rolled stainless steel products. This joint-venture plant will focus on automobile and IT-machine sectors.
