The final weighted average dumping margins are 30.61% for Pacific Pipe Co., 28% for Saha Thai Steel Pipe and 30.98% for Thai Premium Pipe Co.

In April, Commerce set preliminary weighted-average dumping margins of 10.66% for Pacific Pipe and 5.34% for Thai Premium Pipe.

Commerce had previously determined that Saha Thai did not sell subject merchandise in the US at less than fair value during the period of review.
