Print[Ferro-Alloys.com]According to the statistics released by the Japan's Ministry of Finance, Japan exported 62,041 tons of stainless steel flat products in August 2012, rising by 1.45% MoM, while falling by 6.6% YoY.
In August 2012, China was the largest importer of the Japanese stainless steel flat products with 12,664 tons, falling by 15.1% YoY and South Korea was the second largest one with 10,744 tons, slumping by 47.2% YoY.
In the first eight months of 2012, the country's exports of stainless steel flat products totaled 529,399 tons, decreasing by 13.7% YoY.
