Print[Ferro-Alloys.com] China electrolytic manganese market was unstable recently after a short-lived rally in later October. And the current ex-work price for 99.7% electrolytic manganese flake decreased to RMB12,400-12,500/mt (USD2,525-2,575/mt).
According to insiders, more electrolytic manganese enterprises’ production lines had restarted since the bids from steel mills had published in early Nov.
It is reported that spot resources of electrolytic manganese had increased but steels’ procurement was not quite positive. The purchasing prices were so low that manganese traders would be unwilling/willing to deal with steel mills. Manganese market still saw occasional deals and it might keep sluggish in future time.
