According to statistics release by China’s customs, China exported 146,206 tons in January, falling by 6.3% from a month ago.

In January, Taiwan was the largest importer of the Chinese stainless steel flat products with 49,509 tons, falling by 14.9%; Korea was the second largest one with 29,096 tons, rising by 21.3% and Vietnam was the third largest one with 9,300 tons, decreasing by 43.9%, all compared to the figures in a month earlier.

Meanwhile, China imported 41,998 tons of stainless steel flat products in January, decreasing by 13% month on month.
