Print[Ferro-alloys.com]In the past half year, railway of China which fell to the bottom because of personnel earthquake and funding black hole had showed its recovery in a big way. After reorganization, China Railways Corporation got much policy support. Insiders revealed its investment fund would arrive in time. Meanwhile, many local governments were preparing for new railway projects as intercity railway construction was delegated.
Many local satraps investigated and surveyed local railway and put forward new requirement on intercity railway projects. Veteran observers said intercity railway might meet a new wave of construction boom in the fourth quarter according to disclosed information.
Compared to intercity railway, investment on national railway showed modest growth and only 60% of the RMB 690 billion investment plan had been completed so far. Some Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineer disclosed that investment on railway boomed in the fourth quarter every year because of fund arrival and settlement system. It was likely that it would be the same this year.
