[Ferro-Alloys.com] Recently, coking coal prices in China continued declining last week on prolonged sluggish demand and supply glut.

 

Prices for some types of cleaned coking coal in Shandong's Jining, Zaozhuang and Zibo were down 40-100 yuan per tonne versus the previous week and cleaned coking coal in Shanxi's Linfen and Lvliang tumbled 100 yuan per tonne. In northern Hebei province, the price falls of some cleaned coking coal and 1/3 coking coal were in a range of RMB20-60 per tonne. Premium coking coal prices in Panzhihua, Sichuan province, fell by RMB60 per tonne.

 

Thelump coal market was generally stable, with no remarkable volatility.
