Print[Ferro-Alloys.com]Korean Hyundai Hysco planned to raise its production of flat products including cold rolled coils and coated steel products by 13% from a year ago to 4.8 million tons in 2013.
The higher production will be mainly contributed by the company’s new pickling line and tandem cold rolling mill (PLTCM) which is almost completed.
It’s learned that the PLTCM which is capable of producing 1.5 million tons of commercial products annually is expected to start production by May 1st. Hyundai Hysco planned to produce 600,000 tons this year.
