According to statistics, Taiwan’s imports of wire rods totaled 18,264 tons in September, rising by 12% from a month ago. The average import prices were at NT$18,267/ton, decreasing by NT$503/ton from a month ago.
 
In September, the country’s exports of wire rods totaled 15,280 tons, down by 2.9% from a month ago. The export prices averaged at NT$23,029/ton, rising by NT$885/ton.
